The Headteacher is ready to interview and appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant or Psychology Graduate to join the team this February and work with children in EYFS who have difficulty accessing the curriculum due to behaviour or special education need. The role has come available due to his current Learning Support Assistant leaving the school to start his teacher training so the Headteacher is keen to appoint now so there is time for the successful candidate settle into the role.
The school has a recent outstanding OFSTED and is a brilliant place to work and learn. Behaviour is excellent across the school which in turn allows Teachers and support staff to do their best work and provide high quality lesson and engaging topic work to really fire up the children’s imagination.
The SENCO and SEN Team work go the extra mile to make sure that children with Special Education Needs in the school have targeted and relevant education plans.
