Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher?

Would you like to work in the borough of Lambeth?

Would you enjoy working on a one 2 one and small group basis, to help children in Year 6 raise attainment in Numeracy and Literacy?

* Borough of Lambeth
* Full Time or Part Time Role available
* 5 Form Entry Primary School
* Faith School
* September 2019 Start

My client Primary school is very popular faith school based near excellent local underground train links. The area is also services by overground train line and bus services, plus a large staff carpark. The school has a recent “Good” OFTSED report and children make brilliant academic progress .

Staff and Governors work diligently together to ensure that children attending the school get the best Primary school education possible. The highly ambitious academic targets are comfortably hit and children make excellent progress due to fantastic teaching. The curriculum is broad and is brought to life with regular trips and visitors to the school. The school has a calm & purposeful atmosphere; children display excellent behaviour and are courteous and respectful to adults and each other.

The Headteacher would like to appoint an experienced Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher with solid knowledge of the Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum. Although the role will be to mainly work on a one to one basis with children and in small groups you may be asked to cover some whole class teaching for class teachers PPA so it is important that you are flexible.

As a Year 6 Booster teacher you will play a key role in helping children achieve their best possible work so it is important that you are diligent and tenacious with high expectations for all children. You will be joining a friendly staff team who share best practice and are very supportive. It is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status to be considered for this role.
